With a background at Smiley Kids Early Childhood Development Association in Johannesburg, Gauteng, Hannari specializes in creating comprehensive training materials based on the curriculum. Her expertise lies in setting educational standards and training staff members employed as educators across South Africa. Additionally, Hannari is responsible for auditing all Smiley Kids Schools to ensure compliance with prescribed educational standards, effective classroom management, and the implementation of current, new, or revised curriculums.
Maryna Stearn serves as the Operational Manager at Hybrid Training Institute, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her role as the owner of Smiley Kids Waterkloof Glen. She is also a Smiley Babes Consultant for Academics, Training, and Audits, elected from December 2021 to November 2024. Maryna excels in curriculum development and has been instrumental in updating the Smiley Babes Curriculum for both Junior and Senior Babes. Her role includes setting educational excellence standards within the member schools across South Africa and training all staff members employed as educators within the Smiley Kids group. Maryna's responsibilities extend to auditing Smiley Kids Schools on prescribed educational standards, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
